Iceland’s first Chinese foot reflexology massage centre, the “Dong Fang Salon”, has now been opened in Hotel Loftleidir. It is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and to relax with a good foot soak, shoulder and foot massage.

The Dong Fang Salon emphasises the co-ordination of mind, body and soul by partial massage. The massage begins by a shoulder and head massage and finihses with a total foot massage.

Hotel Loftleidir is the only hotel in Reykjavik that enjoys an indoor pool, naturally heated at 30°C/86°F. The hotel also has a 39°C/102°F whirlpool, as well as a sauna. Guests can make use of these refreshing facilities free of charge. Tanning booths are also available.

The fitness centre on the lower level has cardiovascular equipment and is open at the same time as the swimming pool.
